An interactive 3D tour built from your plans. Walk every room, capture any angle, and generate photorealistic renders instantly.
From your plans to a client decision tool in three steps.
A 2D floor plan means nothing to the average homeowner. Static renderings help but they only show a handful of angles. Clients are left imagining the rest, which leads to indecision, late changes, and revision loops that slow your project down.
The RendrOne Visualizer Tool puts them inside the space. They explore it themselves. They screenshot what matters to them. They use AI to test ideas. By the time you have the next conversation, they have already made decisions.
Clients who can see the project make faster, more confident selections.
Send a link instead of scheduling another meeting to explain the plans.
Clients say yes faster when they have already walked the finished space.
The 3D model build is the main project cost. Visualizer access is a flat add-on per project.
Both steps are required. The Visualizer runs on your RendrOne 3D model.

No materials, no finishes applied. Walk the raw space and use AI to explore colors, textures, and decor before you commit to anything.
Your selections, fully applied. Walk a photorealistic version of the finished space colors, materials, furniture, lighting all built in.
Everything you need to know before getting started.
A fully visualized custom home has always felt like a luxury only large developers and high-end firms could afford. We built the RendrOne Visualizer Tool to change that giving every builder, contractor, designer, and homeowner an affordable way to see their project in 3D, walk through it, and make confident decisions before construction starts.
The RendrOne Visualizer Tool is an interactive 3D walkthrough built on top of your model. Clients explore the space by clicking and looking around, save screenshots from any angle, then use built-in AI tools to test finishes, add furniture, or generate photorealistic renders. It lives at a shareable link no app, no software required.
Not exactly it is something different. Static renderings show a few polished angles. The Visualizer Tool lets clients walk the entire space themselves and screenshot any view they want. The AI tools then let them generate photorealistic versions of those screenshots on demand. You get the flexibility of exploration plus the visual quality of a rendering, without waiting on a revision round every time something changes.
Yes the Visualizer Tool runs on a 3D model. If you do not have one, we build it from your plans, photos, or sketches. If you already have a model from Revit, SketchUp, Chief Architect, 3DS Max, Softplan, or Rhino, send it over and we set up the tour around it.
Yes that is one of the primary use cases. Builders send the link to their client, the client walks the home on their own time, screenshots what they like, and comes back to the next meeting with actual decisions made. It reduces the number of meetings needed and speeds up the selection process significantly.
Yes. Homeowners working through finish selections, furniture placement, or exterior material decisions can use the AI tools inside the Visualizer Tool to test options in real time without waiting on their builder or designer to run another round of revisions.
A standard virtual tour shows you photos or 360 views of a finished space. The RendrOne Visualizer Tool is built on your 3D model before the space is built and it includes screenshot tools and AI rendering so clients can test design ideas, not just look around. It is a decision-making tool, not just a walkthrough.
Yes. Clients can screenshot interior views from inside the tour and use the AI tools to swap cabinet colors, change flooring, add furniture and decor, or apply a custom prompt to see a fully staged version of the room. Interior design and finish selection is one of the strongest use cases for the Visualizer Tool.
Yes. Pool and outdoor living contractors, deck builders, and landscape designers use the Visualizer Tool to show clients what their backyard will look like before any work begins. Exterior spaces, patios, pools, and hardscaping all translate well into the 3D walkthrough format.
Every project is different size, complexity, and whether you want a Greyscale or Fully Staged tour all affect the price. We quote per project and respond within 24 hours. The Visualizer Tool access itself is always a flat $20 add-on on top of the model build cost.
