Most projects are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving your plans. Timeline depends on the size of the home and the package selected. Premium projects with full staging typically take a bit longer due to the rendering work involved.
We can work from PDF, CAD files, JPG, PNG, or even clear hand-drawn sketches. Whatever you have, send it over and we’ll let you know if anything else is needed.
Yes. Every project includes a preview round where you can request adjustments before we finalize the tour. Major design changes after final delivery are quoted separately.
Plans evolve, we get it. Updates to existing models are quoted based on the scope of the change. Most clients find that catching changes in the model phase saves them far more than any update fee.
You receive a shareable link to your interactive virtual tour and rendered images you can use however you want. Source 3D files stay with us so we can support future updates if needed.
